OVERVIEW OF THE POST

Reporting to and supported by the Manager/Assistant Manager, the Team
Leader will work closely with the people we support and their team
(circle of support).?

The successful candidate will lead and manage the delivery of
integrated support with a focus on supported self-directed living to
meet the changing choices and needs of each person throughout their
life.

* REQUIREMENTS OF THE POST (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

The ideal candidate will have:

* Full driving licence.
* Achieved qualification to National Framework of Qualifications
Level 7 or equivalent in Social Care, Social Sciences, Applied Social
Care, or related field.?
* 3 years' experience working in a similar capacity.?
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A sound knowledge and experience in the implementation of the
UNCRPD, the Assisted Decision-Making Act and the National Consent
Policy.
* A solution focussed and flexible and positive outlook.?
* A high level of performance in line with the CORU Standards of
Proficiency
* Excellent organisational & administration skills and ability to
work on their own initiative.
* High levels of IT literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
Suite.

DESIRABLE:

* Supported Self-Directed Living (SSDL) Practitioner Training (Genio)
or equivalent would be an advantage however, the successful candidates
will complete undertake training in Discovery with St. Margaret?s
SRV Practitioner Trainer.

* HOURS OF WORK:?Normal working hours are **Apply on the website**
hours per week on a 5/7 rota Monday to Sunday
